beachin' it

Friday: Beached it. Ate icky fried beach food (always good at the moment, not so much after...). Ran into B on the beach. Yes, ran into. You'd think we'd be in touch but I went on a 6 mile walk and he saw me on the beach. (*screams YESSSSSS on the inside*)

Saturday: Put my DIY tote into good use. I love it! Also it totally matched my nails. and bathing suit. definitely feeling teal to be my summer color. Ended the night with Chinese food and photo shooting with the baby bro.

In other news...

I got my monogram pullover!

I am reuniting with my 'birthday twin' from NY for a night at the shore. A little party never killed nobody

My bestie, is driving with her boyfriend from Boston to stay with me for the night and bought me tickets to Dave Matthews Band on saturday. SO excited.

Peanut Butter, Sunburn, & Bloggin'.

I can't believe...

...I helped my blog bestie, Erica, and revamped her WHOLE entire blog for her! She was so excited too which made me super duper happy! I'd be more than happy to help you, too!

...Luke Bryan is in 3 days. Celebrating my one year is in 4. Actual one year is in 5!

I think I'm forever going to love the first weekend in June!

Here's what I did this MDW weekend:

Died my hair darker. And cut it shorter...still slowly growing into the length...

Sat outside, read Gatsby, and got burnt (which I don't mind but I get yelled at by everyone because it's so bad). Oh! I got a pedi too which was beyond beyond needed so that was fun!

It might look like throw up (icky, sorry) but IT'S NOT! It's 'Peanut Butter Twirl' ice cream I got at B's new summer job! so jealous of him because he gets left overs at the end of the night. I sent him this picture of my finished ice cream (read: He usually finishes my ice cream for me....9/10 times) to prove how awesome I am.

...Tuesday was the first day in forever I didn't watch at least one episode of Greek. I am still mourning Casey and Max's relationship. Already in the middle of season 3, and there's only 4 seasons. Cue waterfall of tears.

Summer Bucket List {Linkup}

Once the clock turns 11:00AM tomorrow, I will officially begin my summer!

As excited as I am, it really is bittersweet. I'm leaving friends (read: MY BESTFRIEND) that I've made during the past 7 months of my life, and transferring schools to where I hope to be much happier. I hate saying goodbyes.

While saying my goodbyes, I'm also welcoming in the hello's! Like summer. And bothering my boyfriend to spend an ample amount of time with me. I'M SEEING THE GREAT GATSBY TOMORROW! Totally going to blog about that. I know I'm like 5 days behind but my beau had to go out of town and tuesday just fit best with our schedules. Eep!

Last summer, I did nothing exciting. I totally loveeeeeeeed going to bed at 4 and waking up at 1, then going to the beach or catching up on movies. However, this summer, that won't fly with my parents at all. I will barely be at the beach, and I need to get my life rolling! I hope this summer is filled with excitement so by the end of my summer (and blogs about summer) I will have been able to accomplish everything on my summer bucket list!

-Watch both seasons of Girls this summer

-Go on cute days with beau

-Spend time with people I haven't seen in a while

-GET A JOB**** (this one should be first)

-blog frequently

-go to a Phillies game!

-stay organized

-do something remotely exciting for my birthday

-stay down the beach for as long as I can

-take a road trip (planned of course since I cannot do something so elaborate without a plan)

-go on a boat

-take a bike ride, or use rollerblades!

-watch the sunrise (lame, I know)

-bond with beau's friends (ugh, oops)

-see my close friends that I made this past year

-get tan

-go on a classy&cute date

-do many DIY projects

-adventure in the city

-have a picnic

-go to more concerts than just LUKE BRYAN (!!!)

-revamp my room

-do something good in the world
