Rittenhouse Square: To do

Hat: H&M
Top: Forever 21
Shorts: H&M
Crossbody: H&M (similar)
Shoes: Marshalls

There are weeks where I spend day after day, driving over the sacred scary bridge to enter the world of the place where the constitution was signed. A tourist attraction for many, but a second home to me. Rittenhouse Square is a place for everyone. The bloggers, the hipsters, the couples, the elites -- even you and me.

If you're ever in the area there are places you must check out:
Food: Parc / Crazy Sushi / Marathon Grill
To Do: Walk the Park (usually to people watch/see a free concert) / Blo Out Bar
Shop: Madewell / Barnes & Noble / Free People / Anthropology
Coffee: Elixr / Parc

Quick and easy access to Swann Fountain and Love Park

What else would you add to the list of things to do in Rittenhouse?

Blown away by Blow outs

My weekend has/will be explained in two parts. If you don't mind taking off your 'earmuffs' and wanting to hear about the creepiest first date from hell (no really, thinking about his face scares me now.....), click here. As far as the part two, or one, since it was before the date, I think ya should read on.

I bet you see almost every blogger and their mom chatting about how they love their local #DryBar place. Well, since I am only a quick drive over a large intimidating bridge, I decided to venture off to Filthadelphia aka where I belong. After reading Sweet Lemon's blog, as well as asking my sister about it, I wanted to try it out. Honestly, just because. I mean yeah, I had a date at a fancy place but it just seemed like a good day to try it out.

If you are in the Philly area
, I highly recommend you check out Blo Out Bar. They have two locations so if you aren't near/into driving in the city (trust me traffic is similar to the devil), they have one in Willow Grove!

Let's just say, being in there was a bloggers heaven. Pink, Pampered, Champagne, and wine. Yeah those words go together just as much as Philly and Snow (except I hate the snow so maybe not). They have different styles for you to choose from, or you can figure out whatever your little heart desires! I asked for loose big curls, and I left happily satisfied and giddy. The staff was friendly, there was pink everywhere (le perfect, duh), and everyone leaves looking like David Guetta was singing sexy bitch to them as they walk down and around Rittenhouse. Ya, ya heard me.

Even though the date was a big flop, I was able to get another days use out of my hair. Here is day two hair:

Thanks for the awesomeness, Blo Out! If you want to see pictures of HOW CUTE it is on the inside, check their website!

I was not compensated for this post. Just my personal opinion!
