I'm in love with a Jersey girl.

Maybe your a 'steen fan, so thats how I got your attention? Or maybe you just are one of the few that care about what I write, or you just somehow googled something that made this post come up in your search options. Regardless, if there's one thing you should know it's that I'm a jersey girl. Not North. South Jersey. We run ish. Wanna know why SOUTH is the better part of Jersey (Besides the fact that Frank Sinatra was born in north jers.)?

For starters....WE HAVE WAWA.

The greatest thing ever. Hoagies, not subs. Also they sell Cowtales for $25 cents each. Alsooooo Buffalo chicken wraps are the greatest thing invented. So maybe it's like 7/11, but it's not as gross. And people sometimes hang out there as a gathering spot when you think you are a cool high schooler when in fact you look like a hoodlum and adults think you are annoying. Slurpee's, coffee, touch screens to order bagels and smoothies? You wish you were from Jers. (Or tri-state area...)

THE JERSEY SHORE. Not the show, that's filmed in North Jersey. We got Atlantic City, Ocean City, AND Lucy the elephant. Google it I dare ya. We have rides, boardwalks, hobos (ick. stay away), and candy store after candy store. Don't take me to the fudge. Or do. I won't get mad. There is just something about being at the beach. Always.

Close to Philly. I mean obvi it's a downgrade from NYC but it's still a city feel. I usually find myself and friends taking the 6$ roundtrip train with a (sometimes) scenic view. AND SO MUCH HISTORY. Ever get a chance to go? Check out South Street..and Magic Gardens! (See a picture of me in my prime in 2011 below)

THE CONCERT VENUE. If you've ever heard about Camden, you know you never want to even GO NEAR it. Which is true. I'm not saying sleep there in the open for a night, nah no way. But when it's summer concert season you run into everyone you know. Yep, everyone. The cute crush you had from freshman year of high school, your best friends ex hookup from a few years ago, your grandma's friend from water aerobics. Literally. Luke Bryan, some Summer Shandy, and your best friend by your side? #Leggo.

Clearly there are many more reasons to chat about (like the fact I'm from here. DUH) But when I think of South Jersey(/Philly) this is what I think of. SO COME VISIT ME. (great ending, I know.)
