The week of April 20th's past

I hate having total writers block at first, yet I came up with an awesome post and I'm so excited to share with you guys! I've always been a spring&summer baby, as I've mentioned before and I'm so thankful for every experience I've had in my life thus far! I wanted you all to get a glimpse into my life and see what has made me who I am today!

Being that freshman year of high school is the year of awkward peace signs, hardcore duck faces, and looking away from the camera, I could not find a suitable picture to post where I wouldn't be black mailing myself. Freshman year stays in the past, most definitely.

Sophomore Year I was president of a chapter (sort of like a high school sorority) for a year and it was the greatest experience ever. I learned so many skills that I know will help me in the 'real world' and has already had such an impression on me! This group of girls really taught me how to be a leader, and a sister.

Being that I was (read: sort of still am) obsessed with The Maine my junior year, and my dad had planned a spring break trip to Arizona...I was super pumped to go! I had him whip up directs on the cars GPS and we drove down some weird streets in Tempe! I found this symbol, which is found on their album Black and White, and almost stopped breathing. I was so excited! This picture knew how to make all my Maine tumblr followers jealous. Unfortunately for all the Maine lovers today, this has been taken down by the town (not sure why) and has had all 'Maineiacs' in a state of sadness.

Yep, Senior year I had me some blonde hair. I was and still am soooo thankful I was able to travel to Poland and Israel for a week each on a program called The March of the Living. An experience I will never forget. Ask me about it sometime! I'd love to post if you guys are interested :)

Here we are. Freshman year of college. A picture from my visit this past weekend. My friend pictured above and I have been friends for 3 years now and regardless of distance, I can see him as if I just saw him yesterday -- it makes me so very happy!
*During my trip I was also able to visit their dining hall which apparently is the biggest dining hall in the U.S besides ones at military bases* Cool right? Yea, I think so!
